What is Matte PLA?
Matte PLA is a plant-derived bioplastic. We use it for its clean, low-sheen finish and its suitability for precise 3D printing.
How is each object made?
Each piece is built layer by layer using 3D printing. This process creates the subtle lines and individual surface character visible on every object.
Are layer lines and small surface variations normal?
Yes. Subtle layer lines and small variations are natural characteristics of 3D printing, so no two pieces will look completely identical.
How should I care for a PLA object?
Keep it away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry; do not use a dishwasher, microwave or abrasive cleaner.
Can I use STUF. objects with food or very hot items?
Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, use the object only for the purpose described and avoid direct food contact or very hot items.
How do I choose the right size and colour?
Every product page lists exact dimensions, practical details and available colours. Please review them before ordering; colours can also vary slightly between screens.
What happens when an item is sold out?
Sold-out variants are clearly marked. A restock alert is offered only when we can collect your contact details with consent. Pre-orders open only for a confirmed production batch and always state a quantity limit and expected dispatch date.
Is shipping free within Thailand?
Yes. Standard shipping within Thailand is free with no minimum order. The available service is confirmed at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. STUF. ships worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. International shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout from the destination and the order’s actual packed weight. Each shipping option at checkout shows the delivery estimate for that destination, which ranges from 5 to 30 business days depending on the country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
No. Product prices and shipping charges do not include destination import duties, taxes, VAT, customs, clearance or related fees. The recipient is responsible for all such charges, if any, and for complying with the destination’s import requirements.
