Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from Bangkok, Thailand. Our international shipping service is Thailand Post EMS World where available.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery destination and the order’s actual packed weight. EMS World is offered only for destinations currently supported by Thailand Post. Delivery is usually estimated at 3–11 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This estimate does not include order preparation, weekends or public holidays, customs clearance, service limitations, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Product prices and shipping charges do not include destination import duties, taxes, VAT or customs and clearance fees. If charged, these are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the destination authority or carrier.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete, deliverable address and current contact details at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address or contact details are incomplete, or if it is refused or left unclaimed, return or reshipping costs may apply.

If a destination cannot be served or the selected service becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you. You may accept a revised arrangement or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Damage, loss, and support

Please inspect the parcel on arrival and keep the product and packaging if anything is damaged. Contact us promptly at hello@thestuf.com with your order number and supporting photographs so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
